GWC is a central focus for women over 50 everywhere with a story to tell about creativity and action for change.

We are a growing community of globally connected women owning and sharing our self-led narrative. Our common threads include creativity, enterprise-for-good, pro-planet, opportunity for all….and any unfinished business! We highlight the often unseen, undervalued and underrepresented talent and passion of Grown Women. GWC was founded by Anna Roseveare and Isabel Appio who wanted to create a connecting platform for all the amazing women everywhere over 50-ish.
